Fire in the Hills is the Wisconsin Old West Shootists annual 3 day match held on the fourth weekend in August.  The SASS Wisconsin State Championship is held at Fire in the Hills on a rotating basis, sharing the honor with the Western Wisconsin Wild Bunch and the Rock River Regulators. The 2026 state match will be held at Western Wisconsin Wild Bunch.
